Ordering
The most convenient way to purchase our products is on our website via our secure shopping cart. You may also place your order by phone at 219-902-9788. Once your order is processed it can not be cancelled.

Payment Options
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and E-check via paypal. You may also prepay your order with a check or money order.

Lead Time
Lead time for most of our in stock items is less than 10 business days. We are a home-based business and all of our products are handmade and customized with YOU in mind! It takes time to get each product perfect just for you. Please allow extra time during holidays and vacations.

Coupons and Discounts
We will periodically offer coupons or discounts to our customers via our website or other printed media. You must enter the coupon or discount code at the time of check out to receive the reduced pricing. I you neglect to enter the coupon or discount code, please notify us as soon as possible.

Special Orders
For custom order on candles or bath and body products, a 100% deposit must be received to start work on your order. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive special or custom orders. Long lead times will apply when ordering more than one dozen of any one item (i.e. wedding favors). Please allow 14 to 30 business days for large custom orders. Please be sure to pay for your order in a timely manner to insure shorter lead times.

Shipping
We currently ship all orders via USPS or UPS. You must provide a confirmable physical address in order to insure accurate delivery of your package(s). Will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Most orders should be received within 10 business days of your successfully processed payment. We will ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Back Order/Out of Stock items
Although we try to keep all popular items on the web in stock, backorders sometimes do occur. If you order an item that is currently out of stock, the rest of your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready and the remaining item(s) will be shipped once they become available at no additional cost to you.

Undeliverable/Refused orders
Mallang Candles will not be responsible for shipping charges or return shipping costs on returned or undeliverable packages.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for all prepaid orders over $150 (pretax) to the following Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana areas:

Merchandise Pick Up
If you live in the Chicagoland area and would like to pick up your order you must select the pick up order selection at the website checkout. All pick-up orders must be prepaid. Please make sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached to confirm pick up time.

 

Printed Catalog
We do not currently have a printed catalog at this time.

Returns
Here at Mallang Candles we strive to provide our customers with excellent customer service. Although we are confident you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, when this is not the case a refund or exchange will be given. All returns will be refunded less shipping costs. Returns will be refunded at 100% should, in error, you receive an incorrect shipment. Returns will not be honored for scents you do not like. If you are unsure about a particular scent please order a smaller size or request a free sample. All items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Because of the nature of the products and sanitary concerns, there will be not returns on bath and body item. No exceptions.
